The managing of multiple channels [cross channel] not only promises the customer synergies but it also means that they do not have to rely on contact routes that in some cases are not feasible.

Many of our clients don’t want to be dependent on office hours (e.g. at doctor’s surgeries and pharmacies) but equally don’t want to pass up the one-to-one consultations. This is where the traditional and innovative channels should be shown and used with their options. We plan each project individually and implement it in line with the strategy.
